The Point Loma
Assembly reserves the right to decline to offer the
property for rental if, in its sole discretion, it
determines that the user or the proposed event is
inconsistent with the mission of the Point Loma
Assembly, could pose potential damage to the property,
pose potential fire code or other legal violations for
the use of the property, could potentially be
detrimental to the single-family nature of the
surrounding neighborhood or the nearby school, or is a
use that could affect the Point Loma Assembly’s
tax-exempt status.
